ALENA: Trump obtient ce qu'il veut (The Atlantic)

Comme bien d'autres publications américaines ce matin l"The Atlantic" présente le résultat des négociations de l'ALENA comme une victoire. Peut-on extrapoler et affirmer que le rapport de force des États-Unis face au Mexique et au Canada permet d'envisager d'autres gains américains en Europe ou en Asie? Bien sûr le marché américain demeure intéressant et il est difficile de l'ignorer, mais j'imagine mal la Chine céder autant. Donald Trump est cependant conséquent avec le message qu'il véhicule depuis son entrée en politique et le monde occidental peut s'attendre à d'autres secousses.
