Joe Biden très actif en 2018. Quels sont ses plans pour 2020?

Joe Biden est toujours aussi populaire chez les Démocrates et il a le profil pour séduire bien des indépendants. Il y a bien longtemps qu'il songe à la présidence et il est particulièrement actif en 2018 alors que se dérouleront les élections de mi-mandat. Biden est âgé de 74 ans, mais il semble en très grande forme. S'il devait se lancer et l'emporte, il deviendrait à 78 ans le plus vieux président à prêter serment.
