Rod Rosenstein congédié sous peu?

Autre nouvelle d'importance qui circule ce matin. L'adjoint de Jeff Sessions Rod Rosenstein s'attend à être congédié sous peu. Comme Jeff Sessions s'est récusé, c'est Rosenstein qui supervise l'enquête de Robert Mueller. Ce congédiement surviendrait après qu'un article du New York Times eut révélé la semaine dernière que Rosenstein avait évoqué la possibilité d'enregistrer ses conversations avec le président. Il aurait même abordé un recours au 25e amendement pour le démettre de ses fonctions.

"Rosenstein's removal would send shockwaves through the Justice Department and raise questions about the supervision of special counsel Robert Mueller's probe into Russia's interference in the 2016 election and whether any Trump aides helped. Rosenstein has overseen Mueller's investigation."

L'administration Trump ouverte à des discussions avec l'Iran

Il semble que le président américain veuille redonner sa grandeur à l'ONU...

Christine Blasey Ford : une audience juste?

Christine Blasey Ford a accepté de témoigner devant le sénat. Que peut-elle espérer de ce témoignage? Qu'est-ce que les électeurs américains peuvent en tirer? Même si on tente d'oublier le climat politique particulièrement tendu, c'est à Mme Ford que revient le fardeau de la preuve. Une mission impossible une trentaine d'années après les événements?
