La marijuana interdite partout aux États-Unis en 2016?

Dans une chronique la semaine dernière je mentionnais que les appuis à la légalisation de la marijuana étaient à la hausse et que deux états, le Colorado et Washington, en autorisait la vente depuis janvier. On pourrait croire que la tendance va vers une ouverture dans plusieurs autres états. ce serait cependant oublier qu'au niveau fédéral les lois ne vont pas en ce sens. Que se passe-t-il lorsque les lois d'un état entrent en conflit avec le fédéral? La Constitution fournit la réponse... Et l'Élection présidentielle de 2016 pourrait changer la donne!
