Si on considère ce qui se déroule actuellement à Paris, le "synchronisme" de ces révélations constitue un douloureux hasard... Nous savions déjà que les administrations Clinton et Bush avaient mal évalué la menace, mais cet article permet de pousser plus loin la réflexion en ce qui concerne l'administration Bush.
