Autocratie mode d'emploi (David Frum)

Une analyse pertinente de David Frum, nos voisins américains ne sont pas menacés à court terme par une autocratie et surtout rien n'indique que le cheminement vers ce type de régime soit irréversible. Mais il y a lieu de s'inquiéter et d'être vigilant.
