Julian Castro dans la course pour 2020: il tentera de recréer la "coalition Obama"

L'ancien secrétaire d'Obama avait évoqué son intérêt pour une candidature il y a deux semaines et sa candidature est maintenant officielle. Parviendra-t-il comme il le souhaite à regrouper la "coalition Obama"? Il vise les jeunes, les Noirs, les hispanophones et les asiatiques.
