CIA et rapport du sénat: l'agence ne devrait pas perdre de pouvoir

Si les révélations émanant du rapport présenté hier suscitent beaucoup de réactions, il serait étonnant de voir l'influence et les pouvoirs de l'agence être affectés. Ce n'est pas le premier scandale de son histoire et son importance est capitale.  "Indeed, the CIA is in many ways at a position of unmatched power. Its budgets have been swollen by billions of dollars in counterterrorism expenditures. Its workforce has surged. Its overseas presence has expanded. And its arsenal now includes systems, including a fleet of armed drones, that would have made prior generations of CIA leaders gasp.
