Bill Clinton aurait utilisé des fonds originellement destinés à assurer un revenu décent aux présidents retraités pour financer des chats de matériel pour sa fondation. Encore une histoire où il sera difficile d'Accuser le couple Clinton, mais qui montre qu'il nage souvent, trop, en eaux troubles.
