La mort du Sénat?

Pour l'auteur du texte, le recours à l'option nucléaire plus tôt aujourd'hui démontre bien que les institutions politiques de Washington sont malades. La tenue du vote au Sénat ne découlera plus d'un minimum de compromis, mais bien du seul jeu partisan. Si les Républicains en profitent pour l'instant, éventuellement ce sera le tour des démocrates.
