Navette Discovery: dernier vol à destination... Du Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum

Vous imaginez un musée abritant une navette? Et ce n'est pas le seul "objet" d'exposition! "Rooftops across Washington, D.C. on Tuesday morning were crowded with observers eager to catch a glimpse of the final flight of the Space Shuttle Discovery, towed on the back of a modified Boeing 747 on its way to its final resting place: The Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum.%% And the flight, which began at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida at around 7 am ET, did not disappoint.%% Entering the Washington D.C. era at around 10 am, Discovery flew at an extraordinary low 1,500 feet, allowing Washingtonians to see the amazing sight up close and snap a host of photos on their phones and digital cameras.%% Many photos were posted on Twitter and NASA’s official Space Shuttle Discovery Flickr page.%% La suite: http://idealab.talkingpointsmemo.com/2012/04/watch-space-shuttle-discoverys-final-flight-over-washington-dc.php?ref=fpnewsfeed
