Petit topo intéressant sur le site de POLITICO ce matin. Un président américain est toujours sollicité et on imagine mal, pas du tout, Barack Obama être complètement débranché pendant une semaine ou deux. Les présidents se retrouvent parfois dans un décor différent avec leur famille, mais on s'attend à des réactions et des interventions immédiates de leur part en cas de crise. Malgré les circonstances, les médias sont toujours en mesure de voir et d'entendre le Président. Il n'en a pas toujours été ainsi et c'est Theodore Roosevelt qui changea la donne.
